Cancellation Policy

Note: For emergency or same day reservation, No refund after 1-2hrs of booking For events within 1-3 months, deposit are non-refundable after 14days of booking except for a special reason like death in family, and a cancellation by event venue. However, in the case of event venue cancellation, a credit will be given for use on next event schedule. For events within 4-6 months, deposits are refundable if cancelled 2 months before the event date after which deposits become non-refundable. For events within 6months - 1 year, deposits are refundable if cancelled within 3 - 6 months before the event date after which deposits become non-refundable for any reason
